Join us for Bella Kinesis “Run Like a Girl” Running Club hosted by Carly, the fitness blogger behind Project HB for a gentle 5k run.

Bella Kinesis is an up and coming sportswear brand that works to empower women through fitness and education. For each item we sell, we fund a one month business education for a woman in rural India through the Mann Deshi Foundation.

Carly is one of the incredible Bella Kinesis ambassadors. She makes fitness fun, friendly and inclusive.

After the run we have some amazing goodies provided by Healthbox Kitchen, who create nutty energy balls packed with natural whole foods. Made with up to 82% nuts and handmade in London, they are high in protein and low in sugar. You won't find any artificial flavourings, preservatives, additives or refined sugars in their products, just healthy snacks to eat between meals or after a run!

The Altitude Centre is the UK's number 1 training specialist, they've hosted the UK's largest  simulated altitude system, offering clients the opportunity to train like professional athletes.

Join Borrow My // Blender and The Sports Edit for Not Another Run Club (NARC) on Wednesday 8th June 2016 at 6:30 pm - 7:30 pm at The Sports Edit (172 Fulham Rd SW10 9PR).

BM//B will be blending up smoothies for all run club attendees!

Description

Start your Saturday off with an urban sweat session lead by personal trainers and HIIT lovers, Tara Margulies & Kim Hartwell, aka TwoToned!

What is HIIT?

High Intensity Interval Training involves short bursts of exercises integrated with active recovery. You'll be using your body weight to gain strength, increase your cardiovascular fitness, and have fun with a group of like-minded fitness lovers!

About Kim Hartwell: Personal trainer & HIIT/TRX instructor at Equinox & Paola’s Body Barre

10:00-10:45: HIIT

10:45 - 11:15: Smoothie time / cooldown

11:15 - the rest of the day: Whatever you get up to next will be powered by good vibes from morning HIIT!

Cost: £15

What you need to bring
