American Style Banana Pecan Pancakes

Makes 8 pancakes || Serves 2 || 269 kcal per serving || 32.1g carbs, 21.3g protein, 5.8g fat


Place all ingredients in a blender (except pecans) and blend until smooth and well combined. Crush pecans into pieces and add to blender - mix with a spatula. Heat a pan with coconut oil (we use VitaCoco Coconut Oil) and pour 1/8 of your mixture into the pan. Cook for a few minutes each side until golden brown and cooked through. Serve with streaky bacon, extra crushed pecans and as much TPW Zero Maple Syrup as you can handle!
