I spotted these last Christmas but missed the mark! This year, after being appointed someones secret santa I decided one of these (with a few other bits to make up the money) would be the perfect gift! At the time, they were available on the Sweaty Betty website but it seems they may have sold out already!

If you're quick enough, you may be able to find some of the collection on Amazon or Yoga Matters

The collection includes 5 cutters in different yoga postures:

  • 1 Crescent Lunge Pose (Anjaneyasana)
  • 1 Downward – Facing Dog Pose (Adho Mukha Svanasana)
  • 1 Tree Pose (Vrksasana)
  • 1 Warrior 2 Pose (Virabhadrasana II)
  • 1 Warrior 3 Pose (Virabhadrasana III)

Here's a great recipe from Deliciously Ella to make gingerbread men - or gingerbread yogi's in this case! The recipe is gluten free and uses ingredients that you should always have on hand: coconut oil, almonds, chia seeds and maple syrup (or agave in my own personal case).

Keep a bag of organic brown rice in your kitchen cupboard too which can be easily whizzed in your Vitamix to create brown rice flour.

See you at the Kitchen Counter!
