Peanut Butter, Chia & Cacao Layer Pot

- 3tbsp chia seeds
- 1 cup of nut milk
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1/2 avocado
- 2 tbsp Hi-PRO smooth peanut butter
- 2 tbsp raw cacao powder
- 4 tbsp granola
For the chia pudding layer, stir the chia seeds and vanilla extract into the milk. Stir well and let sit for 5 minutes. Stir again and then place in the fridge (up to overnight) until the milk has been absorbed by the chia seeds.
For the peanut butter & cacao layer place bananas, avocado, cacao powder and peanut butter into blender / food processor and blend until all are combined well. Place in the fridge (up to overnight) until well chilled.
To make the layered pot, start with the granola at the bottom. Add a layer of peanut butter & cacao, then a layer of chia pudding. Repeat with a layer of peanut butter & cacao, then a layer of chia pudding.
Add toppings to finish and serve.
